Sloan Construction is a regional leader in infrastructure improvements, performing in excess of $150 million in work annually across the Carolinas.

We perform all phases of infrastructure and transportation work, from road and bridge construction, clearing, grading, draining, and asphalt paving for local, state, and federal entities.

Remount Road Bridge Restoration

Sloan Bridge restored three bridges located in the greater Charlotte area. The completed one month ahead of schedule and well within budget.

US- 29 Bridge Replacement

This $5.5M project will improve traveling public safety on US-29 over Norfolk Southern railroad in Cowpens, SC for SCDOT. The project is scheduled to be complete in September 2021.

Greenville – Spartanburg International Airport (GSP)

Sloan has key subs working to perform the mass earthwork, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer for the Economy and Employee Lots of the GSP Airport. The project is expected to be complete Sept 4, 2020.

SCDOT Emergency Repairs

Sloan repaired sinkholes in roads throughout Greenville County for the SCDOT after heavy rain caused catastrophic damages, washing out existing storm drain pipe crossings on February 7, 2020.

Rehabilitation on Highway 133 to Oak Island

Sloan Construction completed this $15.8 million project to rehabilitate Bridge #14 on Hwy 133 over the lntracoastal Waterway, one of two access routes to Oak Island.

Charlotte Motor Speedway – Kart Track

The existing track was reclaimed and cement stabilized. Sloan then paved 2” of Intermediate Course, Type I19.0C (2,900 tons) and 1-1/2” Surface Course, Type S9.5C (2,200 tons).

Berckmans Road Realignment and Widening – Phase 2

The Berckmans Road Realignment and Widening Project is a two-phase collaborative infrastructure improvement project in Augusta, Georgia between Reeves and Sloan Construction’s Bridge Division.

NCDOT Weigh Station – Gaston County

Sloan Construction was awarded a project consisting of 6.13 miles of milling, inlay and plant mix resurfacing on I-520/ SR 415—beginning south of SR 56 and extending to the South Carolina state line.

Duncan – BMW Partnership

Sloan Construction signed a contract for $4.1 million with BMW Manufacturing of North America to construct two employee parking lots.

Columbia – I-77

The project on the Interstate 77 Widening and Rehabilitation Project in Richland County is to improve safety, rehabilitate the aging interstate, bridges, and reduce traffic congestion.
