A much more involved training program, LEAP is a six-year program in which four employees, who have shown leadership potential and are selected through an application and interview process, can transition into a leadership role within the company. Participants will go through all the EDP and PAC programs in their first year of the program and perform two-week job rotations two times per year, in order to maximize their crosstraining, on top of performing their other duties as normal.

This huge commitment pays off for LEAP participants, as sticking with the program for the six-year term will earn them a significant bonus at the end of the sixth year.
