This is training for our employees who are in supervisory positions, and are designed to teach engineers, project managers, and administrative employees about other parts of Sloan’s business. Each course runs for one to two days per session and are taught by employees who are experts in their respective areas.

The courses cover topics such as asphalt laydown, plant operations, estimating, project management, bridge building, human resources, risk management, quality assurance and financial reporting.
