Each of Sloan Upstate’s five (5) asphalt plants are fully equipped with testing laboratories and quality control centers that are staffed with State Certified Technicians.

Our Duncan laboratory is capable of developing Hot Mix Asphalt Designs and is certified by the American Association of State Highway & Transportation Officials (AASHTO). It is the most prestigious certification a design lab can obtain. The technicians remain focused on supplying our customers with the highest quality asphalt mix possible while also assisting in selecting the best asphalt mixture for their application.
