Sloan Construction Company has been producing asphalt mixes since 1933. Each asphalt production plant contains the latest in technology, is electronically controlled, and is set up for continuous production of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) products.

Sloan Upstate’s asphalt products are made with the highest quality raw materials. Aggregates meet DOT Approved gradations and are continuously tested by our own QA/QC Labs to assure conformance to specifications.

Each of Sloan Upstate’s five (5) asphalt plants are fully equipped with testing laboratories and quality control centers that are staffed with State Certified Technicians.
