Warm Mix is asphalt that is prepared and paved at temperatures 30° F to 50° F lower than traditional hot mixes of similar design. The lower temperatures provide energy savings gained during production and overall environmental benefits from the end result.

Warm Mix can also be placed & paved at lower temperatures, increasing the distance in which it can be hauled & the time required to get the mix in place, paved & compacted. This process ultimately extends your paving season well into winter months, which were previously considered to be unfeasible times in the year to pave!
