The proper recycling of existing asphalt pavements has been one of Sloan’s greatest accomplishments. Quality control is the key to managing the proper use of recycled asphalt in Hot Mix manufacturing. Others attempt it, but no one controls aggregate gradation or has concern for the mix like Sloan.
