Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) refer to contractual agreements formed between a public agency and private sector entity that allow for greater private sector participation in the delivery of transportation projects. The joint strength of Colas Worldwide and Sloan Construction Company allows us to partner with public and private entities to support and fund infrastructure projects that are needed in the community, but lack financial support.

This program is successfully practiced by major companies within the Colas Group, providing cities, counties, states, & private developers with engineering & management of infrastructure construction of the highest quality.
