Sloan Construction is committed to use natural resources in a responsible manner.   We promote a culture of environmental awareness throughout our organization that protects the quality of our environment and the health and safety of our employees and the public.  We are committed to operating our plants and constructing our projects in complete compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.   Our goal is to minimize waste generation to all our surroundings including air, land, and water media. 

Sloan Construction Company has earned numerous NAPA Diamond Achievement Awards for asphalt plant operations.  The NAPA Diamond Achievement Award is nationally recognized throughout the industry for excellence in Hot Mix Asphalt Plant and Site Operation.

Asphalt is the number one recycled product in the world.  Every year, our crews remove miles of highways and the recycled material, Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), is used in the production of new paving materials.  We also receive RAP from other local companies to be reprocessed.  Sloan Construction Company is committed to maximize the use of RAP in all of our hot mix asphalt products.
