Training and Professional Development

Internship Program

Our internship and cooperative education programs are available at all of our locations, giving university students opportunities to work alongside engineers; estimators; field superintendents; and other technical professionals on real life projects, both in the office and hands-on out in the field.  This experience provides students with the opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom in a hands-on environment out in the field.  We offer opportunities in Project Management, Estimating, Plant Operations, and Accounting.  Mentoring is an important part of the intern experience during the summer or throughout the year.  Our goal is to recruit our interns as full-time employees after graduation.
