Sloan Construction Company is one of South Carolina‘s top employers in the construction and materials supply industry. Now we are investing again in Cherokee County, with plans for the new Blacksburg Mine. If we are successful in acquiring the required permits, the mine would open in 2010.The mine would create for the region up to 40 good-paying jobs with many benefits including health and life insurance, a retirement plan, paid vacation / holidays and tuition reimbursement.
