Sloan Construction Company has earned numerous NAPA Diamond Achievement Awards for asphalt plant operations. The NAPA Diamond Achievement Award is nationally recognized throughout the industry for excellence in Hot Mix Asphalt Plant and Site Operation.

Asphalt is the number one recycled product in the world. Every year, our crews remove miles of highways and the recycled material, Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), is used in the production of new paving materials. We also receive RAP from other local companies to be reprocessed. Sloan Construction Company is committed to maximize the use of RAP in all of our hot mix asphalt products.
